Tastes like you've slaved all day in the kitchen without even turning on the stove. I didn't add the extra Cool Whip as the topping because I didn't have an extra tub of Cool Whip; however, it came out great with one container of Cool Whip and the instant vanilla pie filling. I'm going to make this again, except this time I'm trying chocolate and then butterscotch.

Very simple pie to make. I may add a little more coconut next time to strengthen the flavor.

I used coconut cream instant pie filling in place of the vanilla flavor instant pudding. That was incredible. Made this pie for Christmas dinner, my father-in-law was very impressed. Simple and delicious.

My husband is diabetic and so I used the sugar free pudding mix. It is excellent and I serve it to friends who do not know it is almost sugar free and they love it. Also, just put coconut on a paper plate and microwave for 30 or so seconds and the coconut is toasted. Mmmmmm.

This recipe was so easy and delicious! I made 2 for a group and I got all great reviews. Instead of the graham cracker crust, I used a Lorna Doone recipe that goes with the Tropical Coconut Cream Pie. That is the best crust ever!!

this is such a simple recipe and people just LOVE it!!!! A big hit at Thanksgiving, will make again for Christmas. Thank you for such a quick and easy recipe that tastes like it should be a lot harder to make.
