My entire family loved this pie! I used skim milk, suger free pudding, and fat free whip cream - it was awesome!

I loved this! I only got a taste. Everyone else devoured it. I was asked how I did it by a few people (they thought it was made from scratch). I used double the amount of coconut (1-1/2 cups) in the mixture. Yum! Next time I think I'll make the coconut lorna doone cookie crust (found with the tropical coconut pie). Will be even better I think!

This recipe is awesome!!! I have family members who don't even like coconut, who flipped over this. It's sooo easy to make, tastes great, looks fancy enough to bring to a holiday party, and most people think you've slaved cooking for hours. Definitely a crowd pleaser, and one I'll continue to make.

I made this pie for a family dinner and everyone loved it. The pie looked exactly like the picture and everyone thought I bought it from a bakery. I will be making this again this weekend.

I also subsituted the coconut instant pudding for the vanilla and it tastes wonderful! My kids said this was their new favorite dessert. And what's nice is that being a mom of 3 young boys this dessert is so simple to make I don't have to worry about messing it up!

i had guests for dinner and made this coconut pie for desert. it was a huge hit and i even had requests for seconds.....i substituted coconut instant pudding for the vanilla and it gave it just a little bit of a jolt in the flavor....absolutely wonderful and very easy to do......

Easy to make and as delicious as pie from well know local restaurants. Loved it!
