Made it for my husbands birthday and it was a hit. Very easy to make.

I always use 1 box French Vanilla & 1 box regular. I also toast cocunut & pecans for the topping. Delicious and Easy... Yum ;)

Ok, so this sounded really good, but it didn't turn out for me. I did everything the directions said, and even went back to check af ew times, and my pie didn't thicken..it came out runny! I'm not sure if I did it right, or I just had some bad luck. I will try it again though because it sounds really good.

Very easy and delish! I was lucky enough to have one small slice. My husband had almost the whole thing. I will definitely make it again, but next time I am going to add more coconut in it.

I used two boxes of sugar free vanilla pudding and it turned out great. I also mixed 1 1/2 cup coconut into the filling instead of 3/4 cup and it turned out wonderful.

I love this recipe. I used one box vanilla sugar free pudding & one box coconut cream pudding instead of 2 vanilla and it was perfect. I also used a regular baked pie crust. We will definately make it again.
