This pie was not only easy to make, but tasted great!!! I used sugar free pudding mixes, sugar free whip cream, fat free milk, and reduced fat pie crust and it tasted wonderful. No one will ever guess that it is low fat. Will make again very soon!

Great recipe! I substituted 1 small pkg coconut cream and 1 SF vanilla pudding and used only 1 1/2 cups milk.

I made this recipe with my kids ages 8 and 5- it was easy and fun, and they were able to do it themselves with very little guidance. We made this using a fresh coconut that we grated and baked, yum!

I made this for Thanksgiving and am making it again today for Christmas. Last time I made it, my husband was disappointed that I only made one and had no leftovers to bring home! So easy and everyone raves about it.

I've made this for every party I go to lately and people rave about it. They think I spent hours in the kitchen making it (our little secret). I use one pakage of vanilla pudding and one pakage of coconut cream pudding.

I used coconut pudding to get a more cocounut flavor. Also, the ready made pie crust needed 2 puding mixes to fill it. I made one pudding without the coolwhip to put on the bottom since it was heavier, next layer added coolwhip to the pudding. Mmmm good!
