I made this using orange juice, and half the amount of sugar required. However, I would not choose to do this again because it was too puckery for me. The texture was good, and it made a pretty dessert. I also chose not to brown the graham cracker crust, but would next time. Overall, this was a good dessert. Glad I kept recipe in my recipe box!
