I made this using orange juice, and half the amount of sugar required. However, I would not choose to do this again because it was too puckery for me. The texture was good, and it made a pretty dessert. I also chose not to brown the graham cracker crust, but would next time. Overall, this was a good dessert. Glad I kept recipe in my recipe box!

I used 1/2 c of sugar and it was a bit to sweet. I recommond that you varey your suger on the sweetness of the strawberries (1/4-1/2 C). I used sugar free jello and everyone loved it. Nice and freshing dessert.

Great recipe!! I have since made several variations including strawberries and blackberries in strawberry jello, fresh peaches in peach jello, rasberries and blueberries in berry-blue jello, strawberries and blackberries in rasberry jello, and strawberries and banana in strawberry-banana jello. All are great.

I made this recipe over this past weekend and it's a nice, light summer recipe. Yummy. I used the reduced fat crust and low fat whip cream too. No one realized a difference.

What would the calorie and carb count be if you substituted sugar free jello and used artificial sweetner instead of sugar? Response from Kraft Kitchens Expert, Lee We do not have the nutrition calculated for that substitution, but you may be interested in the Strawberry Fruited Pie recipe. It is similar, but uses sugar-free Jell-O and no additional sugar or juice.

I made this recipe and like other I would cut down on the sugar content and maybe use sugar-free jello. But my family loves it.

I make a recipe like this but different. I use a package of Jell-o and strawberries but I mix the almost firm jell-o with Cool Whip and mix in the strawberries and put in a graham cracker crust and refrigerate.

This recipe was very easy to make and the flavor was not too sweet. I served it with Cool Whip and the flavor reminded me of strawberry shortcake. Very Good!!!
