It's easy and my family likes it. The ingredients are not very expensive.

I made the soup and added leftover beef roast and stewed tomatoes. The seasonings in the meat gave it just the right flavor. The whole family loved it!

Very easy and delicious. My husband loved it. I also added garlic, corn, rotini pasta, and canned tomatoes.

I love that this recipe is so versitile. I boiled rotinni noodles the next day and put them in the leftover soup mix.

I was really suprised that my family liked it, becouse they usually like some kind of meat as a main dish. And the whole pot was gone, no left overs.

Gave the recipe 3 stars, but with some additions would give it 4. We added: 1 clove garlic; 3/4 tsp. Italian seasoning; 1 can drained kidney beans; 1 can diced tomatoes in place of marinara sauce; 1 cup dry pasta in place of potatoes; a little beef boullion. THAT was good soup!

It turned out pretty good, not a whole lot of flavor, but what do you expect with vegetable soup? I added hamburger meat, black beans and diced tomatoes. It was a quick and easy way to get in several servings of veggies.

Came out great! Used pasta sauce instead of marinara, added canned green beans towards the end, and next time will substitute pasta for the potatoes. Went great with Dutch crust bread.

This soup is great for those winter days when you're sick. I added hamburger, canned corn and Italian seasonings and instead of marinara sauce, I used diced tomatoes. It was awesome. I was able to freeze the left overs for a quick lunch or dinner.
