very easy to make; quite delicious given the little amount of ingredients; would make again and might add a touch of beef.

Delicious and easy, my husband oved it and he doesn't do soups at all. Added meat and more veggies and a little more broth because of the extra stuff, but very delicious.

Really tasty, fast and easy! The entire family loved it. This could easily be made into Minestrone by adding a can of kidney beans and a half cup of uncooked pasta and topped with grated parmesan cheese. But the way it is now is wonderful. Will definitely make this again.

This soup was excellent. I made it for my family and it was a hit. So when I needed something different for my birthday treat for my coworkers-I made it and everyone was raving and demanding the recipe. I did add chopped beef to the recipe. I could not find the marinara so I used the jar marinara sauce and it was wonderful. Very, very good soup!

Great for a cold, wintery day! We are having numerous power outages in our area today, but luckily we have our power and this soup hit the spot! I cooked it all day on low in my crock pot and then added about 1-1/2 cups of frozen mixed vegetables to go along with what I already had in it for the last 45 min. on High. A very good choice !

This was a great soup my family loved. I put it on first thing in the morning in a crockpot and add frozen squash, spinach and corn in the last half hour. SInce I added meat I browned the meat before sticking in the crock pot. Let the soup slow cook all day and have a slice of garlic toast on the side and you have a great meal for a cold evening.

Made some for our annual deer hunting trip. My hubbie said it was the best soup EVER!!
