i didn't like it. the cottage cheese gave it a wierd and not so good taste to it. I did love the strawberry sauce. so make the sauce, not the cheesecake.

I'm not too fond of almond extract, so I used vanilla and it was great. Thank you for this recipe.

This cheesecake was pretty easy to make. However, my family and I thought it was fluffy, but not really creamy. It also only had a faint cream cheese taste to it, not a lot of flavor.

This has no taste and is very dry....does not have a creamy texture that my family prefers. I would not make this again. Tastes more like scambled eggs with graham crackers

I have not made the recipe, but loving strawberries, I intend to do so. I wonder if the person that rated it a "disaster", prepared it on an extemely humid or damp day or perhaps, something was not done exactly according to the recipe instructions. Hmmmm!

This recipee was a disaster! First of all, once the ingredients are all combined for the filling, there is way too much. I had about enough filling to make 2 cheesecakes. Second, it smelled awful and did not bake well at all. After the hr and 20 minutes it was still very gooey and burning on the top b/c of the excessive filling. I ended up throwing the whole thing away. It was a huge waste of money and my time.

Our family loves cheesecake, and this sounds like it will be wonderful, especially since we are all looking for ways to cut the calorie intake. Thanks
