I made this last night for dessert, it was so easy and everyone, including my husband loved it!! I used 12 oz of raspberries and did not have enough to put on top, so I will use even more next time. I also added 1/2 c. sugar to the raspberries, it was a little to sweet for my liking but my family said it was perfect. Will be making this again soon!!

I used fresh blueberries and did not need to add sugar- will try it with kiwis next- light and refreshing.... not so special but good...kind of wish the lemon mouse was creamier/richer instead of fluffy...

Loved it! Add sugar to berries, otherwise very tart.

Loved it, easy to make and a different flavor to dessert.

Was abit time consuming. I used strawberries instead. I read ratings and added abit more sugar to berries. Something different. This was very good and would be refreshing dessert on a hot summer day. I will make it again.

This was pretty good, however the raspberry sauce turned out incredibly tart. If I make this again I will definitely add some sugar to the raspberries.

Excellent when craving something sweet and trying to watch calories. Even my picky teenager loved it.

This recipe was really easy to make, and my family really enjoyed it. But take into consideration the size of your dessert dishes if you are going for ten servings.
