Kind of time consuming.... BUT worth every second. I have made this several times and it is by far my most favorite dessert ever. Absolutely wonderful!!

Easy to make, although i thought it was a bit too tart tasting. However, my family enjoyed it greatly.

I was disappointed in this. Mine didn't gel all the way, even after sitting in the fridge overnight.:( Would have been delicious if it worked out right. I followed the recipe to the "T"...still wasn't right though:( hope you have better luck than me!

Great light flavors. The perfect sweet after a heavy meal! Looks pretty, too and good for company. I garnished with a lemon wedge and a raspberry on each. Yum!

Great dessert for diabetics! You really have to follow directions! I used a mixture of berries for the topping. Reminded me of berry pie filling!

THIS WAS A TOTAL WASTE OF TIME. IT WAS A GELATINOUS, CHEMICAL TASTING GOO! I HAD TO THROUGH IT DOWN THE SINK. THERE'S NOTHING LIKE REAL WHIPPED CREAM.

Just what I wanted for my dinner party...a change from chocolate and cakes. This was quite refreshing and the raspberry sauce was the perfect compliment. I added 2 tablespoons of sugar and a tablespoon of lemon to my raspberry puree. I also try to strain out the seeds but darn it, some of them made it through. No big deal. It was a hit. Although I cannot say it was what I called mousse. The mousse I know is light and fluffy and this was firm. Still good and I would recommend this. Perfect for Spring!
