My husband and I love this recipe! And every time we make it for other people they love it. This cheeseball is really BIG! I have made it with cheddar and also with pepperjack, both are great.

Made this and got two balls out of it. Very delicious even the fussy eaters enjoyed it with the red peppers. Will make it again.

Everyone raved about this cheese ball. My only complaint is that is was quite large. I will half the recipe the next time I make this.

Super yummy. It is huge, though. might want to cut it in half for small parties. take it out of the fridge early. It will be too firm to serve.

I have made this several times and it is one of my favorite things to eat, much better than the cheese balls at the store. All that I can say is that this this is EVIL (good evil)

I made this for a holiday get together and it was very good. Everyone was impressed with it. I also add garlic for a little extra flavor. Super easy to make.

I was given this recipe back in 1976 and have made it at Christmas time ever since. The family looks forward to enjoying this delectable treat.

I made this to take to a trivia night. It went over well and I thought it was pretty good. I did add a little bit of garlic powder to mine and I thuink that gave it a little extra flavor. Overall, it was good and I would make it again.
