I also used frozen meatballs for a quick dinner on a rushed evening. I also used hot bbq sauce to add a little kick to the sweetness. I served the meatballs over steamed rice and they were delicious!
I have been making this recipe since I saw it from Kraft in a TV Guide over 20 years ago. Everybody loves it at parties and potlucks. In a hurry for a last minute Potluck I use small frozen meatballs from Costco they work great.
Whole family loved them!
Great recipe, super easy and everyone loved it at my open house. They were gone and people were asking for more. I personally don't eat meat balls but the crowd loved them, everyone was asking for the recipe. Great hit!
I had been looking for a good meatball recipe, this is it! No frying necessary (which makes them just a bit healthier). And the sauce is great, I am not a BBQ fan, but the apricot works to really give it a great taste, I couldn't even taste the BBQ sauce! I will definitely be making these again!
Great appetizer for easing entertaining. I used 1/2 inch frozen meatballs put them in a crock pot on low for 5 to 6 hours. I also added some chili powder, garlic & italian seasoning to spice it up a bit.
I served this last year during a new years party and it was a hit! I'll be serving this again this new years as well!
I pretty much just made this sauce (used frozen meatballs) and I think they came out really good, my husband loved them. I will be making again for a Christmas party coming up.
I made this as an appetizer for thanksgiving and they were gone withing 15 minutes! I have never gotten so many compliments on anything I made before. Everyone loved them. I will definately be making these more!
I made this for a party and it was a hit everyone loved it and it was really easy. I used frozen meatballs and put them in the slow cooker instead of making them myself. I will definitly make it again.
