One ingredient that is a must is ice. We mix it in once we get everything blended together. Great afterschool/weekend treat. We make a blender full, pour it in a Ziplock bag and keep it in the freezer for a special way to cool off. My son loved them so much he makes them all by himself. We even made them for his classmates at school, the drink passed with a grade A!

I added crushed ice, half a banana and a few frozen blueberries. GREAT!!

I served this at a baby shower....it was the biggest hit!!! I might not use as much water and just blend in ice next time....to make it thicker!!! You can't go wrong either way....great stuff!!!!!

Hi, I've made this same "smoothie", there's no need for any ice cubes bec. it tastes better with frozen strawberries. Soya milk/yogourt can replace any milk products, if u're allergic to milk.
