its not the texture of mousse, its more of a liquid. and it tastes like someone forgot to add sugar, except that's not one of the ingredients.

great for dessert or just a snack, also provided a healthy amount of protein to my meal

WOW!! Even my anti-tofu husband went back for seconds and licked the spoon! What a healthy substitute for pudding! I can't wait to try this in a pie form as another cook suggested!

Extremely Good!! You couldn't really taste the tofu. It was fairly easy to make and everyone enjoys it!!

I thought it was GREAT. I will admit I tasted it before adding the marshmallow (i like to taste while i cook) and it was bitter, but after adding the marshmallow it was great!!!!!!!

Try filling a graham cracker pie crust with it! My nephews beg me to bring this to every family get-together! They just can't get enough.

This was a good change of pace in our family to the traditional tofu. I think that the recommended 1/3 cup of cocoa powder is WAY to much, it was very bitter. Next time I make it I will probably only add about 1/8-1/4 c. of cocoa powder.

This recipe was to die for! My brother, who refuses tofu in any form, was bagging for thirds! It's smooth, creamy and light and it doesn't feel like you're eating a dessert. It's perfect for kids if you want them to eat healthy. here's a way to trick them into it!
