This recipe was very bland it need more spices and alot more cheese. I substituded sour cream instead of romano cheese which gave it a little kick.

It was a mixed review. I was not very fond of it, but my family liked it. I won't make it again.

To be totally truthful this was an okay recipe.I may make it again but I will leave the ricotta cheese out.Once you put that in it makes the dish look kinda gross. My hubby hated it,but my son loved it.

The first time I made this my idiotic boyfriend called it fake spaghetti but ate two servings. Today I had to come back and get the recipe because he asked me to make the "fake spaghetti" again!

It was a little blander than I expected. Next time I will be sure to add some of my own spices with the ricotta (that is most likely what made it a little bland). Other than that, very good.

I made this with spaghetti and since I tried it with taco seasoning mix, as suggested, I used sour cream instead of Ricotta (also 1 t. salt). Very filling and tasty!
