My husband & I really liked this recipe! I purchased chicken tenders instead of breasts so I decided to not 'roll' the chicken. Instead added shredded cheese on top of the breading for the last 2 min in the oven. I would recommend Italian cheese vs cheddar. The rice is delicious! This meal is time consuming - but I would still make it again :)

It did take a little longer than expected, but it was definately worth it. It would not have taked so long if I had read the recipe all the way prior to amking it. Idid double the wild rice and use minute brown rice instead of white (it was what I had). We loved it. This was farely inexpensive and I had everything I needed in my cabinets; no last minute trips to the store! I will be making this a regular for dinner in my house.

This is the best Chicken and Rice recipe I have ever made. My whole family loves it. I've even used the rice recipe with other meals, although I love the chicken also. I do think the preparation time stated is somewhat short. It takes me quite a while to prepare this, but it's worth it.

My whole family enjoyed this meal. My husband doesn't like melted "yellow" cheese, so I substituted mozzerella in the middle. I've also made it without rolling the chicken breasts and just melted shredded cheese on top. Very good.
