This wasnt bad, just add a touch of garlic & ginger, & use freshly grated parmesan not kraft, it melts better. Not as great as real alfredo sauce, but a good 10 min meal or for a beginner.

Did not pass my "Grandson Test". He loves any type of pasta but said this sauce was gritty, as if the cheese did not blend completely. He did not like it at all.

There was no flavor! I had to add a ton of salt at the table. And it was clumpy from the grated parm. I think if would have been better with fresh parm. More flav and no clumps.

It is very grainy. The taste is good, but either the parmesan or the ricotta left a grainy texture.

we love pasta and this recipe was easy and tasty. i added some shrimp, peas and some corn and my family loved it. Thanks kraft!

this was pretty good. tried it to get rid of ricotta cheese I had left over. but my 7 year old son ate it and asked for more. I did add broccoli to mine though.

I was very disappointed with this recipe. My husband and I did not eat the portions we had on our plate and we tossed the left-overs.

This was a very delicious dish,I strongly disagree with some of the other comments I read because this alfredo turned out to be great!!!I added some shrimp and it really was a big hit with my family,the sauce was somewhat thin but overall was a great recipe.
