I didn't have shredded Mozzarella, so I cut up some string cheese I had into chunks. I think we liked it better!

Amazing!! I get so many compliments on this and everyone asks for the recipe. The artichoke hearts really give this it's flavor. I do add more dressing but that just might be my taste.

I've made this 3 times for a crowd and I'm always asked for the recipe. The only revision I've made, simply for personal preference, is substituting pepperoni for the hard salami, and adding sun-dried tomatoes

Loved it, brought it to a cookout. Second time I made it did not have any more sun dried tomato dressing, so I used Low fat Italian, also used grape tomatoes and found mini mozzeralla balls. Added fresh basil & parsley. Very Good!

This was such a hit with my entire family I chopped up the red peppers and artichokes so tiny the kids never even knew they were eating any veggies! Love it!

I used feta cheese instead of the mozz. and it was great.

I made this for a pot luck once and everyone liked it so much that it's become my standard for parties.

This was so easy to make. I used Tri-Pasta to make it special. It was made for my nieces bridal shower and everyone went crazy over it. I will make it again without a doubt!

Very good! My kids enjoyed the noodles and cheese. Key: the sun dried tomatoe dressing is what gives the flavor. I also used mrs. dash.

I took this dish to a potluck and recieved many compliments. I left out the meat and cubed some jalepeno cheese instead of shredding. Also substituted plain italian dressing.
