Yet again, you rock the Halloween party. Super-cute Cool Whip ghosts rise out of chocolate pudding topped with cookie crumbs for a treat that's destined to disappear.

What You Need

pkg. (3.9 oz. each) JELL-O Chocolate Instant Pudding

cups cold milk

tub (12 oz.) COOL WHIP Whipped Topping, thawed, divided

OREO Cookies, crushed (about 1-1/2 cups)

Assorted decorations: 3 CAMEO Creme Sandwich Cookies, decorating gel, 5 candy pumpkins, 10 candy corn pieces

Make It

BEAT pudding mixes and milk in large bowl with whisk 2 min. Let stand 5 min. Stir in 3 cups COOL WHIP and half the cookie crumbs. Spread into 13x9-inch dish; sprinkle with remaining crumbs.

REFRIGERATE 1 hour. Meanwhile, decorate CAMEO Cookies with decorating gel to resemble tombstones.

INSERT decorated cookies into top of dessert just before serving. Add candies. Drop large spoonfuls of remaining COOL WHIP onto dessert to resemble ghosts.

Prepare pudding mixture as directed. Alternately layer pudding mixture and cookie crumbs in 18 paper or plastic cups. Decorate as desired.

I have a Kindergarten class and the single cups work out great. I have also been trying to diet and if you use sugar free jello and no fat or light cool whip you lesser the amount of calories to very little with the exception of the candy.

I have used this recipe for three years in a row for Halloween parties at friends and school. Everyone has raved about this recipe and thought it was a very creative and DELISH /FUN recipe. Everyone keeps on asking me for this recipe! Kids love it! It is very simple!

This cake was great for my son's birthday! He was so surprised when he saw it. Everyone in my family loved it. I would recremed it a thousand times!
