I'm not a huge spice fan so next time I will half the amount of cayenne pepper, but otherwise the dish was great and an interesting flavor.

This recipe is a great baseline for a fabulous meal. Add: 1 tsp. curry, 4 portabella caps, 1 can diced tomatoes (drained)

I love this recipe! The cayenne adds a lot to the flavor. I'm not a big fan of spicy, so I was hesitant to add it, but it really adds another dimension without being too spicy. This is one of my and my husband's favorite meals. If reheating it, be sure to add a little extra milk as it gets dry.

I decided to try this recipe because I thought it would be something unique, but still easy. We didn't have any penne pasta in the house, so I used just regular elbow macaroni. I served this for supper tonight, and it was pretty disappointing. Everyone had seconds, but no one raved about it like that have some of the other recipes I've tried on this site. I thought it was really bland. I don't know exactly what it needed, but it definitely needed something. Don't think I will be making this again.

I could not believe how delicious this recipe was. I thought it would be good, but I was amazed how tastey it was. I will make this again, and again. Try this one, you won't be sorry, you will be surprised....

I had a ton of canned pumpkin so I tried this recipe. My 2 year old loves it! I added a little bit more pumpkin for a more pumpkin flavor but this recipe is just delicious as it is!

Loved this and will make this many more times! I added some cayenne pepper and it really spiced things up.

Not as bad as everyone says, in my opinion, but probably not going to make it again.

It was okay, but the recipe uses too much cheese! I would reduce the amout used, if I ever make it again. Overall this recipe needs some tweaking.
