It is genius to make lasagna in a loaf pan! Next time I make this, I will not add the 1/4 C. of mozzarella cheese in each layer, just on the top. It was very gooey in the noodle layers.

I love lasagna and neglected making it for just my self and my husband, no we make it all the time because it's so easy and not a lot of leftovers. I also added ground beef to the spaghetti sauce before layering.

This was the easiest lasagna to make ever. But I added ground beef to the pasta sauce and layered it with that and the cheese mix. It was delicious and enough for 4 to 5 people depending on how hungry you are

I have made this several times, and it is great not to have to make a HUGE pan for just the 2 of us. Easy to add to and make your own. Takes a little longer than 30 minutes to cook though. We love it

This was simple to make and very tasty. I used my own sauce and added some sliced button mushrooms. I think it could use a little more sauce than the recipe calls for. Leftovers heat up well in the microwave. It's worth making !!!
