I love this recipe! Very easy and perfect to feed 2-4 people! Make it healthier by substituting fat free cheese and whole wheat noodles! I've used this many times!

This is the first lasagna recipe I've tried that turned out to be very tasty. I added spinach for extra flavor (and vitamins), and ended up using about 1-1.5 cups of cheese. The cooking time had to be extended to about 40-45 minutes and I found the recipe made more than enough for two people.

Easy to put together, and the perfect size for my husband and I. There was even some leftover for his lunch. Nice enough to make for a special occasion.

Very good for such a simple recipe. The key is a good spagetti sauce. I ended up using 2 cups of cheese.

I made Meatballs. Only used about six and froze the rest. Broke them up and I mixed them with the ricotta and made a better Lasagna
