For a quicker meal, use the oven ready noodles. They worked like a charm!

My husband has been begging for lasagna but I never make it because a big pan is to much for just the two of us but this is perfect!! It is such a simple recipe! We loved it!

As a lasagna recipe, it's not very creative, but this is a great way to get a good traditional lasagna without eating pasta for days on end. I also used the noodles you don't have to pre-cook and didn't have any problem. Nor did I have to extend my cooking time, and I live at high altitude, so I expected to. I live alone, and my goal is to make portions small enough for one or two meals only, so I originally intended to half even this recipe and bake it in a mini-loaf pan as an experiment. Trying to get the noodles the right size to fit the tiny pan was more hassle than it was worth, and now that I've made it I'm grateful for three generous portions. I recommend this one.

Sounded kind of strange to make lasagna in a loaf pan but it was easy enough and delicious! My husband had a second helping!

This recipe turned out really good! The only problem I had was that I had to cook it twice as long as recommended. I think this was because my layers may have been thicker than the author's layers. You can also use NO-COOK lasagne noodles and they worked out great for me. I loved the fact that I could have lasagne for 1-2 without having leftovers for a month. :)

This was fantastic. Great for two people. I took the advise and used half ricotta and half cottage cheese for the ricotta. My husband is not a great fan of lasagne and loved this. Will definately make this again
