WHEN I MADE THIS DISH IT WAS JUST LIKE EATING AT A VERY EXPENSIVE RESTRANT. IT WAS A GREAT HIT.

I have tried it with the chicken and shrimp. Both were excellent with the fresh ginger . My friends love it

I have made a very similar recipe so I have checked 'made recipe'. I would use vegetable broth or water with residue of cooked vegetable since I am vegetarian. I love shrimp and cashews together. My family loves it too. It's quick and easy and also healthy. Thanks for the great recipe.
