I used rotel instead of a "fresh" tomato.

I used hash browns obrien (they already have peppers and onions). I also added a tsp of garlic to the eggs and instead of the tomato I added a couple tbs of salsa for a kick It tasted great my family loved it. I will make it again and again.

This was a bit bland, but a good idea and easy to make.

Normally I really enjoy serving Kraft items to my family. We all enjoy the recipes. However the Bacon Sunshine Skillet recipe was one of the worst overall. Far too many eggs are used, plus the tomatoes can be omitted. All in all not very pleasing to the palate.

My husband and I love this recipe. I usually make omlettes on Sunday mornings, but this is definately a nice change. I seasoned the potatoes a bit and used the bacon you cook not the kind that comes fully cooked. The best part is this recipe is great as a left over heated in the toaster oven for an extra special busy weekday treat!

Whole family loved it! Very easy to make. I had to double the recipe, so it took a little longer to cook, but it was very tasty. I will make this one again FOR SURE!
