This is so good and my husband always wants me to make it. I marinate the meat for 24 hours and the key to not charring it on the grill is to cook it with indirect heat. so flavorful!

I made this one again, but this time instead of using steak tips, I replaced them with pork, what a wonderful flavor it had, just cut the pork into thin cubes. I served this with a teriyaki rice and a veggie. My husband loved it this way too and it has made his "A" list. My whole family loved it also.

I've made this twice. The first time I did a quick 3hr marinade. It turned out o.k. The second time around I marinated it for 24hrs. What a difference. Much more flavor. I used red, yellow, green, and orange peppers along with onions and each bite was amazing. Many compliments on this dish. I will definately make this again.

The steak took longer to cook than the recipe said, but it tasted great!

I made mine w/just pineapples and the meat and it was great, but his had the peppers too. I cooked them on the George Foreman Grille, too. My boyfriend was skeptical at first, but now he wants them once a week!
