It is very difficult to please every member of my family since I have my husband, a 16 yr. old daughter and a 6 yr old son but they all enjoyed this recipe! Was very easy to make ahead and cooking time was minimum!

taste good, has a lot of flavor and something different for dinner. Only flaw way to long to make if you don't have alot of time for dinner.

While I did not have the time, nor the energy to skewer this meal, it still turned out superb! I marinated the steak as per recipe, then mixed in the pinapple and peppers. I then broiled everything on one pan for 4mins. Then I flipped over the steak and stirred the veggies and cooked it all for another 5minutes. I served it with white rice and carrots. The meat turned out very tender and the hint of pinapple gave it some zip! Once again another recipe has made our favorites list!
