This was a simple and delicious recipe! It took me about 10 minutes to prepare, and I let it cook for 15 minutes. I also chopped up jalapenos and cooked them in the meat mixture for a little heat!

This recipe was so easy and tasty. Instaed of using tomatoes I used rotel chilies. I will most definitely make it again!!!

My husband really liked this recipe. Next time I would make smaller portions (the chips turn soggy if you don't eat it all in one sitting) or I would just heat up the toppings together and use it as a dip.
