My mother used to make this cake every Christmas and Easter. BUT, she used to put the crust up the sides of the pan. I started making this cake after my mother decided it was getting to be too much trouble. You can't find this cake in bakeries. It may be heavy (what isn't around this time of year) but it is mmmm-mmmmm GOOOOOOOD. Try it. It's worth every loving minute spent putting it together.

im only 13 years old . It was a easy recipe to make . When everyone tried it they told me i got the job of making desserts. i love this cheesecake and i recommend it to everyone

I have made this a while ago, i also put dried fruit in it. And on top i put fresh fruit on top for looks.

I love this reciepe. I put chopped walnuts in the crust before baking. It tastes just like my grandmothers. She was Italian.

The first time I had a piece of this was about 4 years ago, and never had it again upset but, couldn't find noone to make it or that knew someone that did. Now i can make it thanks to kraft, I make it just as good as a real italian. thanks

I love cheesecake and this was very good. I accidently left out the whipping cream and thought it would be ruined. But, it was still delicous but probably would have been better with whipping cream.
