Needed a tasty quick recipe - that used what I had on the shelf. This was it - without the orange - and it was wonderful. My wife teaches, today was first day this year, and I do the cooking when she is in school. She loved it - siad once a week would be OK with her - Not that I will use it that often, but it is easy to do in 1 hour even with the marinade.. Thanks - Rick

I think next time I'll cut back a bit on the peel. It was VERY tangy! But very yummy!!

We substituted the oj for lime juice and used the honey bbq sauce. It was so good.

I, too, substituted the orange juice with lemon/lime. I prefer the "tart" taste instead of sweet.

I would substitute lemon and lime over the orange because there is a little too much sugar in the orange juice. I tried it with the substitution and I liked it much better. Are we veering toward sweeter things?

This recipe was really good, but I wouldn't make it again b/c my dad and husband weren't pleased with the orange flavoring...
