Didn't much care for. Tasted a little like a pudding pop. Couldn't taste coffee at all. Would double coffee granules if making again. Mix is extremely thick, hard to work with.

This is a great recipe. I used fat free cream cheese and sugar free pudding mixes and light cool whip to cut down on calories. It did not affect the out come of the bars. I had to substitute the instant coffee with 1 cup brewed extra strong coffee and omitted 1 cup of the milk. Came out perfect. I will make this again.

Turns out a little hard. I thought it was bland.

My family did not think that this was very good. I liked it, but could not make again just for me.

I made the mistake of using cinnamon sugar graham crackers and it overpowered the coffee taste. I am thinking of using chocolate grahams the next time. Very tasty and refreshing.

Very easy to make. Flavors blended so well - not an overpowering of coffee flavor. It was a hit at our office party.

I really liked this, but would add more coffe flavor next time. Also the middle crackers got a bit soggy, but still good. I also made it with fat free or low sugar puddings. Works just fine.

Loved by lots. Used Neufchatel, light graham crax, and no fat/no sugar pudding. Wonder how that changes the nutritional ratings? Prefer if it is never frozen.
