A delicious fruit pizza with no cream cheese!! I mixed the cool whip with cheesecake flavored jello pudding mix - excellent flavor! We were impressed!

I have made this numerous times and it goes over so well that it's gone before I even get a bite. My friends/family beg me to make it at every party or special event. I actually sprinkle sugar on the top of the sugar cookie while it's cooking and again on top of all the fruit once I've finished arranging it.

It was very tasteful. Light and Fruity. Not too sweet but just right. Love it and will continue to make it for my friends and family.

One word comes to mind with this dessert, DELICIOUS. I substituted Light Cool Whip, and made my own variation of the fruit topping. It was a huge hit, and went well after our dinner. I think I am going to make another one later this week.

I love to make this!! I use cream cheese frosting instead of cool whip and top with strawberries, pineapple and kiwi. It is always a BIG hit!!

This was so simple to make. At first, I thought it wouldn't have much taste because of so few ingredients. I made it for a cookout and it was the hit of the party. Thanks
