So the pork chops were kinda ehhh... but the veggies... OMG! I brushed them with the dressing mixture and put them on a grill pan and just let them carmelize while the pork chops cooked. Out of this world! I used red peppers, red onions, fresh mushrooms, zucchini and yellow squash. My husband and I were fighting over the leftovers! If you're having trouble eating your veggies, try this recipe - just skip the pork chops!
