It was good, but only because I used half as much mint extract as called for. Next time I wouldn't use any and would add a couple more mint cookies to give it the right amount of mintyness.

Wasn't that good. I usually like mint pie's. I like the recipes that use mint chocolate chip ice cream better.

I like mint pies but this was horrible. It asked for too much mint extract. My husband who loves mint hated this because the mint was too over powering. My kids hated it and said it tasted like toothpaste. I will not make this ever again.
