This recipe is AWESOME. I made this for Easter dinner for my Dad and Husband, they could not believe that "I" made such a dish. It was out of this world, just like an expensive entre at an fancy restaurant. I even served it on a beautiful fancy plate - it looked so professional. I would make this over and over again! For anyone who wants to impress at a family gathering or dinner party, this is it.
