My whole family enjoyed this recipe. I used green bell peppers instead of red because it was all I had at home. I also used brown rice instead of white for the extra complex carbs. It was delicious!

I added 3 different colors of bell pepper to this dish and cooked them ubntil they were sweet. They added nice color and flavor to it. I also added a couple minced garlic cloves to the oil when I was heating the pan. This recipe was great, although it needs a little something else to make it stand out. I used a lower fat teriyaki sauce and put just a tad in the rice to bring out flavor.

So far the tastiest of the healthy living recipes I've tried and incredibly easy to make. I was concerned that the chicken would be chewy or tough, but it cooks up well and the soy sauce adds extra flavor. Gave the recipe to my daughter-in-law & would definitely make again.

I made the recipe but cooked my own chicken (flavored with onion powder/garlic powder/salt and pepper to taste) and used green beans instead of brocolli and red pepper. I also put in 1 package of chicken boullion in with the water when I cooked the string beans. I used brown rice which requires you to cook for 45 min before thrown into the mix. I also added 1 can of sliced water chesnuts. The dinner was very tasty and was requested a second time. Tonight I am making it with broccoli, string beans, red/green pepper, onion, yellow squash, and looking forward to it.......

This recipe is easy and yummy. My picky family loved it and had seconds. I would recccomend this. :)

Very quick & easy. Had good flavor for so few ingredients - I used an assortment of veggies from the freezer as well as fresh bell pepper & onion. It was enjoyed by all!
