I made the recipe but cooked my own chicken (flavored with onion powder/garlic powder/salt and pepper to taste) and used green beans instead of brocolli and red pepper. I also put in 1 package of chicken boullion in with the water when I cooked the string beans. I used brown rice which requires you to cook for 45 min before thrown into the mix. I also added 1 can of sliced water chesnuts. The dinner was very tasty and was requested a second time. Tonight I am making it with broccoli, string beans, red/green pepper, onion, yellow squash, and looking forward to it.......
