This banana bread was awesome! Next time I will make sure I add a third banana though because it was a little too dry. But by far one of the best I've ever had, and I will definitely make again!

I have been making this recipe every sunday when I am cooking dinner - and I share it with my friends and colleagues at work. It is excellent - my 15 year old daughter loves it and guess what - you can use any Post Cereal to make it.

This bread is delicious! I did not have oil on hand so I melted a 1/4 cup of light butter instead. It turned out beautiful. My sister and husband loved it also and they're a bit picky. Good recipe.

The first time I made the receipe I followed the exact instructions. The second time I increased the sugar by 1/4 of a cup, added 1 teas. almond extract, and eliminated the extra nuts. The nuts in the cereal were enough. My result was a moist, very tasty bread. It's a keeper in my receipe file!

I loved this recipe my husband ate it all. I didnt have the cereal so in instead I used cinammon toast and that gave a delicious but no noticeable cinammon flavor.

truly a slice of heaven! i must admit that i omitted the cereal, only because i did not have it on hand. this was easy to make and now i dont have to throw away the bananas that are ripe. (personally i like bananas CRISP right before they begin to ripen) i did sift some powdered sugar over top, for that little extra sweetness, not that it is needed.

I originally made this recipe from the box but was dismayed to find it is no longer printed on the cereal box. Imagine my delight to find it on the internet! It has become a favorite for its ease to make and crunchy texture .

I went to two major grocery stores and couldn't find the cereal so I had to replace it with a different brand that was more granola like. It made a very dense heavy bread, and although it tasted pretty good, it wasn't what I wanted. I might try this again if I could find the proper cereal but I don't think I would go out of my way to find it.
