I baked this with my granddaughter a couple days ago and she gave it a "thumbs up". She took what we had left, which wasn't much, home with her. I'm baking more for Grandpa today!!!

Excellent! I have to watch my diet, so I did use egg sub., Splenda in place of sugar and Salt sub. I had Honey Bunches of Oat with Almonds, so I used that in place of the other cereal called for in the recipe. I was very pleased with the results and will definitely make this again!

When I made this recipe it wasn't as moist as I had hoped.

If I use less of the cereal than asked for, would I add more flour? Thus using more baking powder?

I replaced 1/2 of the sugar with sweet-n-low because my husband is diebetic and it turned out awesome!
