This was really good! I am not a very big baker and found it easy to make and not complicated for the begginer in baking!
This is also awesome with few chocolate chips mixed into the batter. I shared this recipe with several of my friends and they also loved it!!

I've made this bread low calorie by substituting sugar with Splenda, oil with apple sauce and the eggs with all liquid egg whites. The taste is the same and is lower in calories and fat. Slice it and freeze it. Pull out a piece at a time or put it in the toaster oven. It's great!
I had another recipe for Banana Nut bread that I have had since 1963,but this one came out much better and I can't eat just one slice,I also exchanged the sugar for Splenda baking mix,since I am a Diabetic and it still is great! When I want something to eat with my coffee in the morning or as dessert at nite it is tasty and handy to have around. Putting in the cereal makes it crunchy and delicious! Thanks! Anita
I love this recipe!!! I have severe pain in my legs and the doctor is always telling me that I need more potassium (sorry if misspelled!) and a girl can only eat so many banana's. And as a senior at A&M I hardly have any free timem but this recipe was really really easy and I was able to get my studying in for finals!!!! Thank you for having it online!
