I have not made this recipe yet. [But I had to rate it 1-5 just to ask this question] I would like to know, the recipe calls for 1 1/2 C flour, would this be plain flour or self-rising flour?

This recipe was great! My family loved it. I used more milk as some of you may have and it came out moist and delicious. Will make again tonight. YEAAAA!

I had to add a little milk to the recipe because the batter was very dry. It turned out very well.

This bread was FABULOUS! I baked it for a meeting and everyone raved on how moist and Delicious it was! I WILL make this bread again for Easter brunch! My kids (who don't eat bananas even liked it).

Fantastic bread, very moist and crunchy due to the cereal. To make this superb recipe even better, I added about 1/2 cup of raisins after the batter was completely mixed. I would advise not to add chocolate chips to this, as the alternate recipe says to. In my opinion, chocolate and bananas only work with straight bananas and Nutella =]. I would definitely make this again, as I have made it more than five times already.
