This recipe was pretty good. I don't know if I would go to the trouble of making it a parfait again. Also, I cut the recipe in half, otherwise way too much for a family of 4. I did not bother with the food coloring.

I served as a St. Patric's day surprise, the family loved them. I used the mint flavord oreos for more flavor, it was great!

I doubled the amount of cool whip and food coloring since it seemed I was running short of it. Served these at a dinner party and was loved by all.

The family really enjoyed these parfaits! My cups were small so I put the leftovers in a trifle dish and brought it to a friend.

Very easy, nothing special, just pudding and cool whip. Looks pretty. I used Andes candies, too.

This was really good. I used Andy's candy instead of the mint patties. It is a great idea for holiday parties.

this is no more than pudding with whipped cream and smashed oreos. The taste was ok for what it is.

Okay. I made this as a treat for my family and it was a hit! My mom, dad, boyfriend, and myself all rated this a 10 on a scale from 1-10! I did add chopped up Andies candies on top of the desert, as well as adding a whole one on the top of each one of them! This made them extra-minty! So thank you! :)

I didn't add the mint, none on hand and didn't have time to run to the store; it was still delicious. My family loved it!

I made this for dessert on a special night for my husband and I...HE LOVED IT! I couldn't finish mine but he polished it off within seconds! Quick and easy!
