The mint patties were hard to chop up, next time I would use mint oreo's to make it a little easier (& faster). I took the parfaits to a lunch on the 17th, so I wrapped each one in plastic wrap and tied a green ribbon to each stem & curled it to add a touch of Irish to it!!!!!!
