This was a great recipe, I did change it a bit, but used the same measurments. I grilled the chicken.... And then used the 1/2 jar of the taco creations (less sodium, then the dry stuff), boiled some brown rice in chicken bouillion, instead of white (more fiber), used coby-jack cheese and used fat free flour tortillas. I think next time I will add some corn, fat free sour cream and black beans to the rice mixture..... Great recipe, as my one year old and husband said yum,yum
