Recipe is super easy! Instead of lining pan with foil -- I used an 8x8 foil pan. Definitely a keeper -- once chocolate out of microwave - sets up quick -- so best you move quickly as well. Get your bowls and utensils to soaking in hot water for ease in cleaning.

I had an old tried and true fudge recipe that I used for years...until now! I made this recipe for the first time this past week and it's all been devoured. I made a slight change to the recipe. Instead of using broken pieces of peppermint candy, I substituted a layer of Andes Pepppermint Baking Chips, and it gave the fudge a wonderful creamy mint flavor. This is now one of our family's favorite goodies.

AMAZING! I love love love this recipe! The consistency and the taste were definitely 5 star for the time it took me and the difficulty level. I didn't have any problems with the chocolate hardening and I added red food coloring to the white chocolate to make valentines day fudge. No one (unless they make fudge a lot) would be able to tell that this was a cheaters way of doing fudge! Great taste, and very simple I will definitely do this one again!

Very easy and delicious! I usually have problems with getting my fudge to set up, but this one was fool proof! I will make this one again and again!

My chocolate didn't set but the white chocolate did. Plus the foil was very messy. The actual fudge itself was very good however! I will keep trying it until I get it right! :)

I made the peppermint version adding a teaspoon of peppermint extract instead of the peppermint candies and it was awesome. Very easy recipe that tastes great!

Oh! this recipe was so good. At first you only taste the dark chocolate part but if you wait just a minute you tase the white chocolate. It was very easy to make and I would do it again.

This was very easy and very good. I put a couple drops of yellow food coloring in the white chocolate and put black "P"s on the top for Purdue tailgating. They were a hit! Cut them small though because they are very sweet .
