can use less white chocolate. too sweet if six ounces are used. can it be made with cool whip for healthier version?? i luved the taste of it when i used about 4 /1/2 ounces of it!

I've made this a few times. I like it because it is very quick. It makes an excellent cake filling. I make it with a white cake, use the frosting as filling, and top the cake with canned cherries - pipe some frosting on the edges of the top of the cake to hold the filling in. So easy...lots of compliments.... Yum.

I originally got this recipe from a magazine ad. I made it to garnish a chocolate cheesecake for a party. It set the cheesecake apart and gave it that added oomph that had everyone scratching for the crumbs.

My kids love this. It's so easy my 10 year old makes it by herself. We like it best as a pie with a graham cracker crust.

I made the mousse and pour it into an oreo pie shell, hmmmm, very delicious. And it's easy to make.
