I've made this a few times. I like it because it is very quick. It makes an excellent cake filling. I make it with a white cake, use the frosting as filling, and top the cake with canned cherries - pipe some frosting on the edges of the top of the cake to hold the filling in. So easy...lots of compliments.... Yum.

I originally got this recipe from a magazine ad. I made it to garnish a chocolate cheesecake for a party. It set the cheesecake apart and gave it that added oomph that had everyone scratching for the crumbs.

Turned out grainy. I don't think the chocolate melted quite right.

My kids love this. It's so easy my 10 year old makes it by herself. We like it best as a pie with a graham cracker crust.

I made the mousse and pour it into an oreo pie shell, hmmmm, very delicious. And it's easy to make.

i made this just last night it was fabulous . i put it in a oreo pie shell and topped it with a rassberry milk choclate ornge it was great!!!
