Creamy Fruit and Cake Layers

Creamy Fruit and Cake Layers recipe
Similar to English trifle, this dessert layers vanilla pudding, pound cake cubes and fresh berries in a bowl. It’s a cool ending to summer meals.

Loved it but did a little switch; kept the strawberries in, but used banana pudding and bananas, instead of the vanilla pudding with blueberries. WHOLE family and next door neighbors enjoyed it!

This recipe is great.I've replaced the pudding w/ yogurt(strawberry-banana,strawberry, cherry) a few timesand it came out just as good. Can also be served as parfaits.

A very easy to do recipe. It works best if the pudding is thick and doesn't sink and you use fresh fruit. (Frozen will make it soggy).

Extremely fast to make, however, did not taste as expected. Next time I'll try different pudding flavor. Great covered with cool whip, too!
