This meal was wonderful. I do not eat red meat, so this made a wonderful alternative to the everyday baked chicken dinner. Instead of frozen spinach, I used fresh spinach leaves and chopped them real fine in my food processor. I enjoyed the fresh taste and it made the spinach not as difficult to drain. Also, I added a few handfuls of old-fashioned oats to help absorb excess moisture. My boyfriend loves this dinner. Delicious!
