If you can, try using other coffees, like Guatemalan Coffee, or I've seen some from other countries... I think Guatemalan coffee is the best so try it, you will surely enjoy it!! have a great morning!!!

I love coffee. My day doesn't start without it. But lately I have been getting a little bored. This recipe was simple and not busy at all. I got a thorough taste and would recommend this recipe to anyone getting tired of the same old same old.

I made this, and for those who don't want to particularly measure out 6 cups cold water, just know it's a whole pot. This coffee is rather bold also, so I like it in the morning to jumpstart my day, or after a VERY big meal to get me motivated again, with my dessert. I wouldn't recommend such strong coffee as a "midday snack" coffee. Other than that, it's great, but then again I love ALL coffee so....:)

wetting the coffee filter was a great idea for the cinnamom. However i also added a quarter of a vanilla bean pod to the carafe. The warmth of the coffee released the vanilla bean flavor..oh my goooooodness.....yumm

I have a 10 cup coffee pot instead of 12 cup, so the amount of sugar needs to be reduced so it isn't too sweet. Once that is done it is great.

To keep the filter from clogging up, run water over filter, wetting completely, before putting coffee in.

very easy to make and tasty. Goes well with a nice slice of cinnamon-raisin bread in the morning.
