in many restaurants in mexico city, as an after meal special treat, they serve this coffee ! i make it at home but usually i use more than 1 tsp. of cinnamon for more flavor. to each his choice . i sprinkle the cinnamon over the grinds before i start the brew. smooth and warming on a cool night !! if you are diabetic you can use sugar substitue, splenda or the blends. ENJOY !
